Wesley Puckett 41, of Providence, KY died at his home on Thursday October 13, 2011. He is survived by his grandparents Bill Ed & Margie McKinley of Dixon, KY and Emily Catherine Harrell of North Carolina; his parents Dargon & Diane Puckett of Dixon, KY; one son Cameron Puckett of Madisonville, KY; one sister Teresa Johnson of Dixon, KY; one brother Matthew Puckett of Providence, KY. Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 11am at Old Cedar Grove Cemetery in Tilden, KY. Bro. Homer Main will officiate. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
