Thomas Earl Melton 64, of Tulsa, OK formerly of Providence, KY passed away on Tuesday December 7, 20021 at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. He was a Mechanic for several years. He was preceded in death by his father George Earl Melton and a sister Suzanne Melton. Survivors include his mother Ella Mae Melton of Providence, KY; 1 sister Alane Dunning of Franklin, KY; 2 brothers Ronnie Lee Melton of Beulah, KY and Timothy Ray Melton(Anita) of Providence, KY; several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Saturday December 11, 2021 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev. Andy Corbin will officiate. Burial will be in Lisman Cemetery in Lisman, KY.
