Terry Lynn “Whiskers” Spainhoward 66, of Providence, KY passed away on Monday May 15th, 2023 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. Terry was a truckdriver, having drove for several different trucking companies in the local area for over 40 years. He loved fishing and spending time with his family. He was the son of the late John Bell and Francil Spainhoward. Survivors include his wife of 46 years Carolyn Spainhoward of Providence, KY; 4 daughters Jamie(Thomas Jr.) Hinson of Henderson, KY; Tracy Spainhoward of Smith Mills, KY; Teri(Larry) Brooks of Henderson, KY and Heather Gray Spainhoward of Providence, KY; 1 sister Mary Sue Spainhoward of Henderson, KY; 5 brothers Roy Spainhoward of Henderson, KY; Jerry Spainhoward of Henderson, KY; Tony Spainhoward of Geneva, KY; Paul Spainhoward of Spottsville, KY and Donnie Spainhoward of Henderson, KY; 7 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Tuesday May 23rd, 2023 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev. Andy Corbin will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Dixon, KY.
