Sonia Glore

Sonia Lou Glore 69, of Sebree, KY died at Methodist Hospital in Henderson, KY on Sunday January 20, 2013. She was a housewife and a member of the House of Prayer Church in Nortonville, KY. She was a past member of Mt. Lebanon Church in Webster County, KY, she loved to play the piano and sing Christian music. She was a devoted Mother and Grandmother. She is the daughter of the late Forrest and Luzella Fulcher McCormick. Survivors include her husband of 50 years William “Bill” Glore of Sebree, KY; 1 daughter Deanna Groves of Sebree, KY; 4 sons Donnie, Timmy, Stevie and Ronnie Glore all of Sebree, KY; 1 sister Pat McKinney and her husband Tom of Henderson, KY; 1 brother Bobbie Lee McCormick of Poole, KY; 3 grandchildren Ashley Shelton, Alyssa Groves and Jerry Johnson; 2 greatgrandchildren Lexi Shelton and Zane Johnson. Services will be held at 1pm on Wednesday January 23, 2013 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Pastor Duane Camplin and Pastor Timmy Camplin will officiate. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole, KY. Visitation will be from 3-8pm on Tuesday and from 8am until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
