Sondra "Sandy" Stone

Sondra “Sandy” Stone 77, of Henderson, KY passed away at Methodist Hospital in Henderson, KY on Monday February 26, 2018. She retired from Cairo Elementary School, after serving over 20 years as a Bus Driver and Secretary. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband Alfred Stone Jr. in 2011. Survivors include 3 daughters Jackie Glass(Ronnie) and Kimberly Floyd(Dalton) both of Henderson, KY; and Shannon Dixon(Michael) of Corydon, KY; 1 son Scott Stone of Henderson, KY; 2 sisters Faye Hall and Diane Graves both of Henderson, KY; 2 brothers Butch Woodard of Henderson, KY and Steven Woodard of Owensboro, KY; 15 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday March 1, 2018 at 1pm at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev Jack Ross will officiate. Burial will be in Old Cedar Grove Cemetery in Tilden, KY.
