Sean Guzik 40 of Eddyville, KY passed away Sunday May 3, 2026 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN. Sean loved his children and family. He enjoyed cooking and tasting foods from other cultures, golfing, video games and watching sports specifically UK games. He was a Christian, raised in Lakeview Baptist Church in Dixon, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents Peter and Melinda Guzik, and his grandfather Cleatis Rodgers. Sean is survived by his wife Amanda in Eddyville, KY; 2 daughters, 13 year old Aleah Melinda Guzik and 21 month old Addilyn Marie Guzik; 1 grandmother Geneva Rodgers of Dixon, KY; 1 sister-in-law Laura (Lee) Lilly of Manitou. KY; father and mother-in-law Mike (Wilma) Branson of Sebree, KY; 1 uncle Christopher (Barbara) Rodgers of Omaha, NE; 6 aunts Bonnie Braden of Dixon, KY., Deborah (Tommy) Daniel of Dixon, KY., Beverly (Dave) Ezell of Hopkinsville, KY., Nancy (Chris) Brown of Dixon, KY., Jennifer (Chester) Davis of Clay, KY., and Karen Byrum of Henderson, KY.; cousins Joe (Anna) Rodgers, Christopher Jr. (Renee) Rodgers of Omaha, NE; niece Kenleigh Lilly and nephews Lee Jr, Nevan and Lanson Lilly all of Manitou, KY. Funeral service will be 2pm Saturday May 9, 2026 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Visitation will be 12-service time at the funeral home. Rev.
