Ruth Mae Winebarger 83, of Providence, KY passed away at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY on Thursday March 28, 2019. She was a homemaker. She is survived by 1 sister Anna Winebarger Oakley of Providence, KY and nieces and nephews. Private family burial will take place at a later date. Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon is in charge of the arrangements.
