Ruth Ellis 88, of Madisonville, KY passed away at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY on Thursday March 16, 2017. She was a clerk at Kroger for many years. She is survived by a daughter Linda Cogen of Omaha, NE and two grandsons. There will be a private burial in Oak Grove Cemetery in Dixon, KY. No services will be held. Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon is in charge of the arrangements.
