Rosa Ellen Foster, 58 of Providence, KY passed away Thursday June 18, 2026. Rosa loved cooking, spending time with her family and her grandbabies. She was preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Nancy Gant, her loving husband Allen Belt and 2 brothers Wayne Gant and Robert Page. Survived by 2 daughters Neomi Pryor and Ashley Foster both of Providence, KY; 1 brother Curtis Gant of Erin, TN; 2 grandchildren Kaylee (Blake) Groves and Brandon (Hannah) Alba; 5 great grandchildren that were her pride and joy; and 1 niece Jenni Gant.
