Ronald F. Bigers Sr.

Ronald F. Bigers Sr. passed away on Friday February 27th, 2026 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY. Ronald was of the Baptist Faith and retired from GE in Madisonville, KY. He loved woodworking, fishing, singing, and playing music with his guitar. Ronald was an avid UK fan and enjoyed giving to his favorite charities. He loved his Lord and Savior, he was known for having a sense of humor and enjoyed cracking jokes. He was the son of the late George W. and Mamie E. Jordan Bigers. He was preceded in death by a daughter Rhonda Busby, 5 sisters, 3 brothers, a great granddaughter Mia Kutella and a great grandson Desmond Beamus Jr. Survivors include his daughters Karen(Mike) Hayes and Patricia(Carole) Russelburg both of Dixon, KY; sons Ronnie(Barbara) Bigers of Robards, KY; Donnie(Angie) Bigers of Corydon, KY and Rodney(Mary) Williams of Slaughters, KY; 2 brothers Bob Biggers of Morganfield, KY and Donald Bigers of Henderson, KY; 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday March 3rd, 2026 at 1pm at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev. John Brumfiel will officiate. Burial will be in Slaughters Cemetery in Slaughters, KY.
