Robert Wayne Smith 68, of Madisonville, KY formerly of Dixon, KY passed away on Friday November 14th, 2025 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY. Robert worked in Construction most of his life. He was the son of the late Robert Smith and Carolyn Johnson Curran. He is survived by his 2 sons Greg Smith of Morganfield, KY and Jared Smith of Madisonville, KY; a brother John Smith of San Diego, CA and 3 grandchildren Noah Smith, Kailyn Smith and Novah Smith.
