Regina C. Stevens

Regina C. Stevens 74, of Providence, KY passed away on Tuesday January 30th, 2024 at her residence. She was a cook for several years at Shemwell Healthcare in Providence, KY. She was a member of Grapevine Baptist Church in Madisonville, KY. She was the daughter of the late Dow and Wanda Stevens. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters Cathy A. Adams and Rita E. Wolfe and a brother Roger Stevens. Survivors include Nancy and Carolyn Burnett both of Dixon, KY; several cousins and nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held on Sunday February 11th, 2024 at 2pm at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Pastor Mark Partin will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Providence, KY. Visitation will be from 12pm until service time on Sunday.
