Ramona Ann Duncan

Ramona Ann Duncan, 80 of Henderson, KY passed away on Saturday November 25, 2023 at Deaconess Henderson Hospital in Henderson, KY. She was a member of the New Cedar Grove General Baptist Church in Tilden, KY. Ramona had worked for 27 years for the State of KY, being a Toll Road Attendant for several years in Sebree, KY on the Pennyrile Parkway and  in Owensboro, KY on the Audubon Parkway and also worked at the Weigh Station in Henderson, KY. She loved gardening and her flowers. She is the daughter of the late Morris and Camilla Riggs. She is preceded in death by her husband Ben Spinks and 1 brother Tommy Riggs. She is survived by 2 sons David Duncan of Tilden, KY and Michael Duncan of Henderson, KY; 2 brothers Johnny Riggs of Boxville, KY and Richard “Dicky” Riggs of Uniontown, KY; 1 sister Regina(Benny) Pendergraff of Hanson, KY; 4 grandchildren Caylee (Luke) Ervin, Shelby (Laken) Benson, Maddie Duncan and Annalee Hunsinger; 1 step grandson Logan Helmick; 1 great grandchild Alice Clarke Ervin; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1pm Wednesday November 29, 2023 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Burial will be in Old Cedar Grove Cemetery in Tilden, KY. Bro. Jerry Liggett and Bro.
