Penny Lilly Mosley 53, of Owensboro, KY passed away on Thursday August 17, 2017 at her home. She is survived by 2 daughters Rashell Lilly of Owensboro, KY and Betty Lilly-Music of Fairfax Station, VA; 1 son Lee Lilly of Dixon, KY; 1 sister Sherry Jameson of Sturgis, KY; 2 brothers Gary Ferguson of Rockport, IL and Jerry Ferguson of Sturgis, KY; 8 grandsons and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2PM on Wednesday August 23, 2017 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Visitation will be from 11am until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home. Rev. Kerry Smith will officiate, with burial in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in Sebree, KY. Online condolences can be made at www.townsendfuneralhomeinc.com
