Naomi Burklow

Naomi C. Burklow, 105, of Dixon, KY died at Redbanks-Colonial Terrace Nursing Home in Sebree, KY on Tuesday March 19, 2013. She was a lifelong member of the Dixon General Baptist Church in Dixon. She was a Homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband Roland in 1993. Survivors include her daughter Barbara Sue Denton of Robards, KY; 2 sons Paul Burklow of Thomasville, GA and Donald “Jim” Burklow of Niceville, FL.; 1 sister Lola Schwersinske of Henderson, KY; 1 brother Thurman Carnal of Evansville, IN; 9 grandchildren, 10 great grand, 5 great great grand and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Sunday March 24, 2013 at 3pm at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev. Robert Vester will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Dixon. Visitation will be from 1pm until service time at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice 2410 S. Green St. Henderson, KY 42420.
