Mason Nathaniel Lynn

Mason Lynn, 24, of Henderson, KY passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2025 unexpectedly at his home due to a sudden medical event. He was born on November 7, 2000 in Henderson, KY and raised in Nebo, KY. Mason graduated from Hopkins County Central High in 2019 where he was a member of the band. He attended classes at Campbellsville University where he was also a member of the band. Mason was a postal support employee (PSE) at the USPS plant in Evansville, IN. He loved animals especially his cats, Phobe & Colby Jack (CJ) and dog, Roxie. He enjoyed attending band competitions to support fellow musicians. In August, he married Elyssa (Greathouse) Lynn who survives him along with his father Jim (Juli) Lynn of Nebo, KY; his mother Charlotte Kay of Providence, KY; his brother Logan (Megan) Lynn of Madisonville, KY; nephews Lucas and Benji; 2 step-sisters Alia Gobin of Henderson, KY and Katlyn Logsdon of Denver, CO; paternal grandmother Gerry Lynn; maternal grandmother Betty McGill; 2 uncles Jason (Robbie) Lynn and Brad (Amanda) McGill; 2 aunts Michelle Anderson and Mellissa Messamore; plus several cousins including Jordan Fowler and Sadie McGill along with many friends. Preceding him in death were his paternal grandfather Marion Lynn and uncle Tom Anderson. Cremation was chosen in line with Mason’s wishes. Funeral services will be 1:45 Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Visitation will be from 11 AM till service time at the funeral home.
