Mary Bowling

Mary McClarney Bowling 75, of Corydon, KY passed away at her home on Tuesday July 8, 2014. She was a Farmer and a member of the DAR-Henderson Chapter. She was a member of the Westside Church of Christ in Owensboro, KY. She was the daughter of the late Allen and Octa Lena McClarney. She was preceded in death by her brother, Allen Dixon McClarney. Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Don Bowling of Corydon, KY; one daughter, Ladonna Bowling of Henderson, KY; two sons, Ralph Bowling and his wife Diane of Louisville, KY and Mark Bowling and his wife Cheryl of Louisville, KY; two sisters, Lois Ashby and Frances Watson both of Corydon, KY. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Townsend Funeral Home at 11AM on Friday July 11, 2014. Preacher John Trout will officiate. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole, KY. Visitation will be from 3-8pm on Thursday and from 9am until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
