Mark Shoulders 66, of Providence, KY passed away Friday May 21, 2021. He was a member of Dixon First Baptist Church. He was a retired coal miner and factory worker. Survivors include his 3 daughters Kelli (Jonas) Hunziker of Morganfield, KY, Chrissie (Chris) Cates of Onton, KY and Samantha Shoulders of Madisonville, KY; 1 son Dusty (Sierra) Shoulders of Providence, KY; 4 sisters Cherie Burton of Clay, KY; Melanie (Bill) Thornburg of Marion, KY; Stephanie Trotter of McComb, IL and Stacey (Steve) Pickard of Rockholds, KY; 8 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Family chose a cremation with a memorial service to be held on Tuesday May 25, 2021 at Oddfellows cemetery in Clay, KY. Service and burial will be at 9 AM. Pastor Cameron Edwards will officiate.
