Lewis Wayne Gant

Lewis Wayne Gant 59, of Morganfield, KY passed away on Monday October 27th, 2025 at his home. Wayne attended Whispering Meadows Baptist Church in Morganfield, KY. He graduated from Webster County High School in 1983, He had worked several years on the Webster Co. Ambulance Service. He was the son of the late Leonard Ray and Nancy Burke Gant. Wayne was preceded in death by a daughter Brittany Davis and a brother Robert Page. He is survived by his wife of 22 years Janie Hall Gant of Morganfield, KY; a sister Rosa Belt of Providence, KY; a brother Curtis Gant of Erin, TN; and nieces and nephews. Cremation was chosen and the family will hold a memorial service at a later date. Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY is handling the arrangements.
