Judith Hibbs Riggs 67, of Sebree, KY died at her home on Monday April 7, 2014. She was a Homemaker and had worked as an EMT for Webster County Ambulance Service and also had worked for Webster County 911 office as the Coordinator. She loved sewing and working with crafts. She was a member of the Dixon First Baptist Church in Dixon, KY. She was a member of the first graduating class at Webster Co. High School. Survivors include her husband of 24 years Kenny Riggs of Sebree, KY; 2 daughters Traci Mattingly and husband Mark of Morganfield, KY; Trudi Richardson and husband C.W. Rickard of Beulah, KY; 4 sons Truitt Cowan and wife Joann of Henderson, KY; Troy Cowan of Clay, KY; Dennis Riggs and wife Kandy of Sebree, KY; Timmy Riggs and wife Shanna of Sebree, KY; 2 sisters June Branson of Dixon, KY and Connie Brown of Panama City Beach, FL; 2 brothers Sonny Hibbs and wife Sandra odf Russellville, KY and Rev. Johnny Hibbs and wife Teresa of Evansville, IN; 19 grandchildren Boone, Rileigh, Skyler  and Blue Cowan, Bailey Zaretzske, Blake and Brock Cowan, Kyle and Katelyn Mattingly, Bel Richardson, Whitney Parish and Kaley Riggs, Zack Riggs, Cassie Thurby, Anthony Pryor, Jesse Cobb, Robbie Jo Wells, Matt Rickard and Callum Rickard; 6 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon on Wednesday April 9, 2014 at 3pm. Rev. Bob Hardison will officiate. Burial will be in Slover Cemetery in Dixon. Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Tuesday and from 8am until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home. Grandsons will be Pallbearers.
