John Williams

John Dennis Williams 61 of Webster Co. KY went to be with his Lord and Savior on March 20, 2013 at the Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson, KY. He was a member of the New Cedar Grove General Baptist Church in Tilden, he served as a Deacon at the church. He was a retired Truck Driver. He was preceded in death by his father John Williams. Survivors include his Mother Betty Mays Williams of Eddyville, KY; his wife Judy K. Williams of Providence, KY; 1 daughter Michelle Wilson and her husband Dwayne of Dixon, KY; 2 sisters Rhonda Shoulders of Spottsville, KY and Lori Shoulders of Baskett, KY; 1 brother Mike Williams of Robards, KY; 2 grandchildren Cameron Hammack and her husband Ryan, and Taylor Wilson; 2 great grandchildren Adalyn Grace and Aubree Morgan Hammack; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at New Cedar Grove General Baptist Church at 1pm on Monday March 25, 2013. Rev. Dwayne Wilson will officiate. Burial will be in Old Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:30pm until 8pm on Sunday at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon and from 10am until service time at the church on Monday. Romans 8:18 “For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” Pallbearers will be Billy Alexander, Rudy Shoulders, Anthony Shoulders, Eugene Walters, Ricky Capps, Dennis Taylor, Jimbo Householder, Derrick Leath, Jacob Moore, Bruce Moore and Nathan Hoover.
