Jennifer Danielle Caldwell 29, of Dixon passed away at home. She is survived by her mother and step father Lori and Rodney Puckett of Dixon, KY; her father and step mother Joseph and Diana Caldwell of Henderson, KY; Grandparents Joseph Sr. and Verna Sue Caldwell of Louisville, KY; Ruby Nally of Philpot, KY and Carl “C.B.” Parker of Sebree, KY; 2 sisters Brandy Stone and Brittany Snow both of Henderson, KY; 2 step sisters Ashley Duncan of Beaver Dam, KY and Tiffany Morrow of Waverly, KY; 5 step brothers Joshua Puckett of Henderson, KY; Jeremiah Puckett of Flora, IL; Jacob Puckett of Evansville, IN; Rodney L. Puckett of Owensboro, KY and Jerry Morrow of Henderson, KY. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon is handling arrangements.
