Jarrett “Boomer” Brooks 53, of Sebree, KY passed away at his home on Thursday August 5, 2021. He was the pastor of Sassafras Grove Church for the past 3 years, past chaplain of Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club and Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he served in Operation Desert Storm. Jarrett was preceded in death by his father Jimmy K. Brooks. Survived by his wife Kristi Brooks of Sebree, KY; 1 daughter Jordyn Brooks of Morganfield, KY; 5 step-daughters Chantal Holtzclaw of Danville, KY McKenzie Gamache of Stanford, KY Valerie Knight of Morganfield, KY Niecie Kubach of Madisonville, KY and Vanessa Hoggard of Henderson, KY; 1 step-son Justin Bennett of Madisonville, KY; his mother Judith Dreiman of Henderson, KY; 2 brothers Jeff Brooks of Baskett, KY and John Brooks of Hopkinsville, KY; 17 grandchildren and 1 niece. Funeral services will be held at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY on Tuesday August 10, 2021 at 1pm. Bro. Jackie Dale Townsend will officiate. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery in Sebree, KY. Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Monday August 9, 2021 and 8am till service time on Tuesday at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Teen Challenge of West Kentucky P.O.
