Glendola Rush

Glendola Faye Rush 58, of Providence, KY died on Saturday Sept. 29, 2012 at St Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, IN. She was a Caregiver and Homemaker, and of the Baptist Faith. She loved reading, crossword puzzles and shopping, she also loved spending time with her grandkids. She is the daughter of the late Ellie D. and Lola M. Devine. She is survived by her 2 daughters Shanna Townsend and her husband Kevin of Providence, KY; Tara Haney and her husband Dustin of Providence, KY; 1 brother John Devine of Providence, KY; 3 sisters Janice Phillips, Sharlet Devine and Debbie Posey all of Providence, KY; 5 grandchildren Bailey and Madison Townsend, Mercedes, Layla and Jake Haney; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 1pm on Wednesday October 3, 2012 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Bro Terry Rhye and Bro. Michael Morrow will officiate. Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery in Clay, KY.  Visitation will be from 5-8pm on Tuesday and from 10am until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
