Carolyn Bumpus 68, of Morganfield, KY died at Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson, KY on March 13, 2012. She was a Housewife and was a member of Dekoven Church of Christ. She attended Bordley Church of Christ. She was the daughter of the late Hiram Nelson and Frances Arlene Miller. She was preceded in death by two sons Jeff Taylor and Kevin Taylor, a sister Shirley Mayes. Survivors include her husband of 38 yrs Terry Bumpus of Morganfield, KY; 1 stepson Jason Bumpus of Morganfield, KY; one sister Janice Thene of Ft. Myers, FL., and 2 brothers Terry Miller of Uniontown, KY and Greg Miller of Morganfield, KY; 4 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon at 1pm on Friday March 16. Min. Gary Puryear and Rev. Curt Yarbrough will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson, KY. Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Thursday and from 8am until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
