Emma Blackwood Frasier 82, of Dixon, KY died on Monday August 19, 2013 at the Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson, KY. She was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Sebree, KY. She had been a volunteer as a teacher’s aide at Dixon Elementary School for many years. She was a Housewife and a devoted wife and mother who had provided us with unconditional love, never an unkind word. She was a strong believer in the bible, not only in her words, but also more importantly in her actions. She will be missed and our admiration for her will never end. She was preceded in death by her husband Rex Frasier and 2 sons Darrel Wayne Frasier and Donnie Frasier. Survivors include her 7 daughters Wanda Sizemore of Clay, KY, Shirley Phillips of Evansville, IN, Jeannie Frasier of Vermillion, SD, Vicky Taylor of Detroit, MI, Nancy Pietzrak of Vermillion, SD, Tami Baker and Monica Williams both of Dixon, KY; 1 son Tim Frasier of Dixon, KY; 2 sisters Faye Scarborough of Provo, Utah and Martha Wolfe of Indianapolis, IN; 31 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren and several great-great grand; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Friday August 23, 2013 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Father Anthony Shonis will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Dixon, KY. Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Thursday and from 8am until service time on Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice 2410 S.
