Edith Fay Wallace 88, of Clay, KY died on November 17, 2014 at Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson, KY. She was a Homemaker and member of the Fairview Church of Christ in Dixon, KY. She was preceded in death by two children Brenda Fay Wallace in 1955 and Winston Wayne Wallace in 1969. Survivors include her husband James Henry Wallace of Clay, KY; 1 daughter Gloria Jean Mahan of Evansville, IN; 1 son John Wallace of Clay, KY; 2 brothers Marion Lee “Jack” Brown of Henderson, KY and Harold Wayne “Dick” Brown of Dixon, KY; 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; 1 niece and 1 nephew. Funeral services will be held at 11AM on Wednesday November 19, 2014 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Minister Rex Childs, Bill Williams and Gary Puryear will officiate. Burial will be in Lisman Cemetery. Friends may call after 9AM until service time at the funeral home on Wednesday. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice 2410 S.
