Dustin Ray Mayes 15, of Henderson, KY died at home on Wednesday Nov. 5, 2014. He is survived by his parents Kevin and Tiffany Mayes of Henderson, KY; 3 brothers Skyler, Isaak and Ethan Mayes all of Henderson, KY; his grandparents Ray and Cyndi Mayes of Henderson, KY; Tammi Lance of Henderson, KY and Stanley Thompson of Henderson, KY; great grandfather Charles Walker of Uniontown, KY and great grandmother Pauline Thompson of Henderson, KY. Services will be held at 2pm on Saturday Nov. 8 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Bro. Don Haire will officiate. Burial will be in Smith Mills Cemetery in Smith Mills, KY. Visitation will be from 11am until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
