Cosby Lee Shelton 59, of Clay, KY formerly of Henderson, KY died in Henderson, KY on Monday May 11, 2015. He worked as an Equipment Operator for Crop Production Services in Clay, KY. He was a talented musician; he enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family, especially his best buddy and granddaughter Maddie. He was preceded by his dad James D. Shelton. Survivors include his mother June Shelton of Henderson, KY; his daughter Angie Kirby of Evansville, IN; his son Mike Shelton and his wife Jessica of Dixon, KY; his former wife Carla Shelton of Owensboro, KY; 4 sisters Wanda Graham and her husband Robert of Smyrna, TN, Lola Gatewood and Barbara Dunn and her husband Gary both of Henderson, KY and Judy Wilson of Smith Mills, KY; two brothers Cecil Shelton and Brian Shelton and his wife Sheila both of Henderson, KY; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grand children, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Friday May 15, 2015 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Brian Shelton will officiate. Burial will be in Shelton Cemetery in Sebree, KY.
