Charlotte Ann Jackson Fisher

Charlotte Ann Jackson Fisher 72, of Providence, KY passed away on February 13th, 2024 at Deaconess Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY.  She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Providence, KY. She retired from the KY Department of Transportation, she worked at the Webster County Barn for several years as a Truck Driver. She was an LPN and had worked at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, KY and Outwood Rescare in Dawson Springs, KY. Charlotte also had worked at Pyro and Smith Coal. She was an avid UK Basketball fan. Charlotte loved playing and coaching softball, she enjoyed working crossword puzzles, playing cards and watching game shows. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Margaret Jean Pillow, her dad Overton Jackson Sr., her son David Jackson, her grandson Ja’Markus Jackson, her sisters Patricia Stafford and Valara McElroy and a nephew Mitchell McElroy Jr. Survivors include her daughter Sandy Jackson of Providence, KY; daughter in law Cindy “Roo” Jackson of Providence, KY; bonus daughter Chantal Jones of Madisonville, KY and bonus son Kenny Jones of Madisonville, KY; brothers Overton Jackson Jr. and Tony(Sonya) Pillow both of Providence, KY; sister Rose Marie Casterman; a grandson Daverion Gilmore of Hopkinsville, KY; special daughters Patricia Darnes of Providence, KY and Christy Combs of Madisonville, KY; special friend Rose McNary of Providence, KY and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Graveside services will be held on Sunday February 18th, 2024 at 2pm at Cumberland Hill Cemetery in Providence, KY. Rev. Greg Hathaway will officiate.
