Carolynn Sue “Hanor” Dunbar 80, of Dixon, KY passed away at Colonial Terrace Nursing Home in Sebree, KY on Wednesday November 15, 2017. She was a member of the Webster Co. Historical and Genealogical Society, a retired Webster Co. Librarian, and a member of Providence Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry and son Scott. She is survived by one son Brad Dunbar of Providence, KY; one sister Sandra McKinley of Dixon, KY; one brother Jimmy Hanor of Dixon, KY; 5 Grandchildren Clay, Steven, Ethan, Zara, and Austin Dunbar; 1 Great Grandchild Lily Dunbar and 3 Step-Great Grandchildren Kenneth, Akaya, and Aaron Chappell with several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1 PM Sunday November 19, 2017 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Minister Chip Palmer will officiate with burial in Fairview Cemetery in Dixon, KY. Visitation will be 4pm-8pm Saturday and from 8 am until service time on Sunday at the funeral home.
