Bradley Allen VanBussum 53, of Corydon, KY passed away on Sunday January 11th, 2026 at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh, IN. He was retired from the City of Henderson Utility Division as a Utility Supervisor. Brad loved spending time with his family, children and grandchildren. He loved grilling, mowing his yard and always enjoyed jumping in his Jeep with his wife Kelley by his side and exploring the back roads of Henderson County to see what God had created. Brad volunteered for several years on the Hebbardsville Fire Department. He also had several young men that looked up to him as a role model. He was preceded in death by his mother Joyce J. Turner VanBussum and a brother Charles “Buddy” VanBussum. Survivors include his wife of 26 years Kelley Gentry VanBussum of Corydon, KY; 3 sons Dakota(Daphne) Gentry of Henderson, KY; Troy(Brianna) Clark of Henderson, KY and Dalton(Jessica) Payne of Sturgis, KY; his father Mayer E. VanBussum of Hebbardsville, KY; 2 sisters Shirley VanBussum and Linda VanBussum both of Hebbardsville, KY; 6 grandchildren Avery, Jaxyn, Dawson, Brayden, Jordan and Ryder and several nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday January 24th, 2026 at 4pm at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Friends may visit from 12(noon) until service time at the funeral home on Saturday.
