Arthur "Art" Daffron

Art D. Daffron 70, of Nebo, KY passed away at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY on Wednesday October 17, 2018. He was retired from CSX Railroad as a Signal Foreman after 35 years of service. He loved gardening, woodworking and restoring vehicles. He was the son of the late Samuel Arthur and Mildred Dedrick Daffron. Survivors include his wife of 51 years Jerri Daffron of Nebo, KY; 3 daughters Tina Alexander(Brad) of Henderson, KY; Tracey Alexander(Dennis Sauer) of Henderson, KY and Candice Lima(Mike) of Milford, NH; 1 son Charles Daffron of Nebo, KY; 1 sister Faye Junkin of Fritchton, IN; 1 sister in law Janice Hazel(Willy) of Princeton, IN;1 Aunt Mary Dougan of Princeton, IN; 11 grandchildren Justin, Meagan, MacKenzie, Jade, Brandon, Hayli, Drew, Tyler, Tre, Bella, and Jordan; 1 great grandchild; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY at 4pm on Saturday October 20, 2018. Rev Rick Oakley will officiate. Friends may visit from 2-4pm on Saturday at the funeral home.
