Anna Elkins

Anna Marie Elkins 87, of Dixon, KY died at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN on Thursday May 22, 2014. She had retired from Fisher Body in Livonia, Mich. as an Assembler. She was preceded in death by her husband John Henry Elkins Jr., a daughter Connie Carlene Elkins and a son James Carroll Elkins. Survivors include 2 daughters Karenetta Smith of Sebree, KY and Dorothy Powell of Morganfield, KY; 1 son John Wayne Elkins of Mio, Mich.; 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Tuesday May 27, 2014 at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, KY. Rev. Bob Hardison will officiate. Burial will be in Black Grove Cemetery in Webster County, KY. Visitation will be from 11am until service time on Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
